Following the court case the company concerned admitted there had been an error (how could you call that an error - in my view it was negligence) - their company spokesman went on heard to say the customer concerned had his bill for service reduced to take account of the parts not supplied and also for the part wrongly charging for the wiper and went on to say they would give him 50 discount on his next service (can you imagine the customer even considering using them again). Sorry but I had a good laugh at that.
