thanks for the replies, i will be getting in touch with the dealers again next week and thought i would see if anyone else had any thoughts on what they may have done to cause this.

it was as if i had driven a different car away than the one i left 2 days prior, they refuse to believe it is their fault so i guess i will just have to keep trying.

as i said, the car was in perfect running order (except for the warning light) before it went into Renault, now its just not right, i dont see how they can argue but they are doing.
