Just temporarily a 10 amp is ok.

If you have a fault like a short circuit it will blow straight away.

If everything works, swap it for a 7.5 tomorrow.

Over load faults could cause wiring damage or even a fire....but unless you've added extra bulbs or another appliance to your lighting circuit, you'll be fine.

or...wait till tomorrow if you ain't going to use your car in the dark.
