It surprised me too Noel. Tricks of the trade I suppose . The guy just seemed to rake about the slot of the glass carrier. Though over a year or so the electric window has stopped going up/down more than 1/2 inch Wondering if fragments of glass have worked their way into the mechanism I might get to find out shortly as I've found and ordered a set of door card removal tools on ebay . Its only taken me 5 years to get around to it ... there again the MOT is due in a couple of months (scrap time?) so I might never know .
