She is obviously older than 3 years of age so no vat or car tax to pay, you will need to get her mot'd, you can use the chassis number for that, I don't know which insurance company you use but I use Footman James in Birmingham, I pay £250 a year fully comp with protected no claims and european cover with breakdown assistance covered. You then need the form from the post office, the certificate of conformity (if the dealer didn't give it to you, then you need to speak to a local Renault dealer in the UK quoting the chassis and vin number, who should then be able to get a copy) send it all off to the DVLA and with the fee you should be able to get it in a couple of weeks.
