Well the good news is I think a lot of the problems are interconnected and have been covererd on the forum before, so there should be plenty of advice in relevant posts.

Leak from roof console

Open the sunroof (s) and look in the corners of the surrounds. There should be a small hole in each corner. These are darin holes that lead down to outlets in the wheel arches. They can get blocked, try pouring water down them while someone checks the arches to see if the water appears. If not they are blocked. Carefully feed a flexible wire down the hole ( a net curtain wire is good) until you think the blockage is cleared, then try the water again.

Water in footwell.
This could be linked to above but may also have come in through the interior heater vents. There should be a drain in the base of the outer intakes (below the windscreen) which can get blocked.
The water can also soak the pollen filter leading to a reduction in airflow.

Nut on rad.
If it is a plastic knob it may be a bleed point for when refilling the cooling system.
