So, a door-card off job, and then finding the mircoswitch? Cool - thanks!

The current system is the same old problem of the key remote not operating the central locking. It works with the driver's door open, but refuses to work with the door shut.

It's not the battery, as it won't work with the passenger (or any other) door open.

Got a cheap alarm which makes more sense than spending 100 on second hand parts that may or may not resolve the issue
