I have got to say, this must be the best garage i have ever dealt with in my life!
I don't know where to start, they are just the best, from Leanne on reception being really friendly and helpful to Stephen, Mark and Andy out in the garage who showed me all the problems with my car and were happy to spend time explaining things to me!
There labour rate is excellent! I could go on and on! lol
Just wanted to agree whole heartedly! Once i finally found the place (it's on an industrial estate and took me forever to find) it was fab.went in for wheel bearings but they noticed a problem with the brakes (but phoned and checked with me before doing anything..i told them to investigate!).turned out the whole back brakes were really corroded- they invited me to go ad have a look and the boss (Andy) showed me it all and explained everything to me.

i've only had the car a month and they were happy to take pictures in case i want to take it through trading standards and said they were more then willing to back me up that it hadn't been serviced as the dealer had told me.then they had to deal with the *horrible* dealer (who wasn't horrible before he had my money) phoning up and being very abusive to them and even gave me a discount

even better, they had trading standards round (as they are part of a fair trade agreement) and must have mentioned my car as they then phoned again and asked for the name of the dealer as trading standards were interested!

sorry for the essay but these guys are great!
