I don't think the whole warranty would be ended,but if you lower it and change the wheels,then any suspension or steering problems you have won't be covered,including things like power steering systems,anti-roll bars etc etc.
They will probably argue that any electrical problems would be down to the aftermarket stereo/amp/speakers being fitted.
I think you would be on stoney ground trying to make a claim on many aspects of your warranty,but it is entirely up to you what you want to do.I can't see the warranty for the engine or gearbox being effected,but they will probably try and use the modifications as an excuse as they will try any amount of dirty tricks to avoid any warranty claim.
It might be worth contacting
and get them to clarify the situation,and get them to put in writing how you stand.That way a dealer couldn't argue.
I'd rather push my Alfa than drive a BMW....
