I'm sure you could match them up with a bearing manufacturer,but I would be tempted to buy some decent quality aftermarket bearings as they won't be expensive and are guaranteed to be the correct ones.
Any decent motor factor will carry them in stock as they are a common failure on Clios.
I'd rather push my Alfa than drive a BMW....
