i asked them after i picked my car up what was their complaint procedure. they just said phone renault customer service,didnt offer me the number or an apology and the manager i had complained to before didn't even bother coming out to see me,i had to speak with the receptionist. i think she should be getting £68 per hour not the crap mechanics they have. they charged me for stripping the engine too and claimed they had been working on my car for 7 hours but only charged me for 3. NO WAY! let me know how you get on as i will be contacting them soon to complain and to ask for my money back. i've heard renault are very unpleasant when dealing with complaints.
