- front is easy but the rear torsion suspension lowering is a nightmare and the roadholding becomes scarey and in my opinion outright dangerous -
What makes you think lowering the rear makes the roadholding scarey and dangerous?
I had my 106 Quiksilver lowered by 50mm on the front and the torsion bars at the back adjusted to suit, and it improved the handling greatly, and the 106 is well known for it's superb handling as standard!
I drove it like this for at least 2 years with no scarey or dangerous situations arising! (I could throw it into corners with full confidence that I would emerge the other side in 1 piece! )
If the jobs done properly then lowering a car should'nt cause any problems!
