Rear Axle Bushes

I'm new to this thread and hope someone can help.

I have today had my 2.0 Tourer serviced, its just over 2 years old and has done 25,000 miles.

The dealer says that I need 2 Rear Axle Bushes fitting at a cost of 329 and the sump is leaking and needs sealing at 144.

I'm surprised that the car has done so few miles would need the rear Axle's fixing, is this normal for such a low mileage and shouldn't it be fixed under the warranty.

I have started to tow a caravan and done about a 1,000 towing - I'm told by others that the two things are not connected.

I appreciate that you have covered this subject before but on looking through previous threads I couldn't spot anyone who had a problem with such a low mileage.

Thanks in advance for any advice, its greatly appreciated.
