Depending on the use of the screen you may also have to fit a disabling non-viewing device whereby it cannot be viewed by the driver whilst driving - this applies to TV's, DVD or games. As far as I know the only exceptions are for navigation or rear view purposes.
Unless things have changed in the last few years, my understanding is that the law regarding TV's was never updated to take LCD technology into account. So it's not actually illegal to have an LCD TV in view of the driver, though you can still easily earn yourself a charge of "driving without due care and attention" if you're spotted watching Fern and Phil when your eyes are supposed to be on the road.
In any case, as long as you're not daft enough to try to watch the TV while driving, I doubt you'll get into any trouble.
