This is a tester!

My brand new Megane has been splashed over with what seems like cement slurry. Possibly this was thrown up from slurry on the road leaked from a building site. It must have happened driving at night. I didn't notice it until next day. The splashes are between half to one inch diameter and are the colour of oatmeal porridge. There are something like twenty to thirty splashes in all. They are on all panels and most windows. They are very hard with a gravelly feel. One on a window seal yields to scraping and it comes off as a powder. I tentatively tried Formula 1 Scratch Out. This would probably get them off but it would need prolonged rubbing with force and I can see it would damage the paint.

I need a genius now!
