Hi there.

In theory I think its possible, but the only concern (along with what you've raised already), would be any interference from the positioning of the spare wheel.

I would think they would need to be mounted as low as possible on the back bumper for that reason alone. (or spaced well away from the spare).

This might be the sort of job best suited to getting a professional to fit - they will have experience in fitting these to 4x4's, and if its done incorrectly - you have redress (other than just kicking yourself).
