Angry Re: Renault Megane brake fail

I have megane Coupe 2011, 45,000 on the clock. In November 2013 the master brake cylinder went whilst Imwas driving in the motorway (scary is all I will say and lucky I didn't cause a pile up). It was replaced under warranty and all seemed well. However, on 31/3/15 my brakes failed again. Towed to garage and low and behold it is the exact same problem. On both occasions no warning lights came on. Renault are now saying the part is not under warranty and whilst admitting it is unheard off for a major part like this to go twice in the same venicle which may I add is not 4 years old until June. They advice it will cost me 1650 to repair. I do. I feel that I should be held responsible and I am very concerned that on both occasions I've had no warning and given renault mechanic stated it is unheard of for this to happen they are not taking responsibility or offering to repair.
Has anyone come across this and any advice were Instan would be appreciated.

Thanks. Jackie
