I don't see any Green Clio

If you're talking about the Clio Phase II headlights (dare I say it, they're a bit like the Ford Ka lights in shape) then you're looking at major work to get them to fit... i.e.

New bonnet
New wings
New bumper (the old one might fit, but will look silly with the old-style fog light cut-outs)
New grille
Paint all of the above.

The wiring may also need to be modified, as knowing Renault it won't be a straight 'plug and play' swap.

As for the front fogs: I'd be inclined to buy the proper ones, fit them, but then just wire them as you would a normal after-fit fog light kit from Halfords. Your only problem is finding somewhere to stick the switch on the dash that doesn't look horrible, but I'm sure that can be overcome. Even if the wiring is there for the lights, it can be a nightmare getting them to work on a car that didn't have them from new.
