Hello all - my first post on this forum, and i hope this helps!

I have recently upgraded the cassette to CD in my T-reg phase 1 megane. I'm not sure of the part numbers/codes, but if you buy one off of eBay DO NOT buy a "tuner list" model (from phase 2 meganes etc) as this will not be compatible with the display and steering wheel controls. The one I got was out of a pre facelift, old shape(?) Clio and works brilliantly - the sound quality is vastly better then the old unit even in radio mode.

As for the curved fascia - it doesn't matter. Go down to your local Renault dealer and order a fascia adapter, it costs around £9.80 and by giving your reg number it will be colour coded correctly to your dash. You can pay around £16 at Halfords for one - which will be light grey and probably won't match your dash! Hope this all helps.
