I'd probably go for b). If you have waited this long to get the correct colour, the changes of ever geting one are pretty slim.
If you get the replacement wing sprayed at a prober body shop, as long as the original paintwork is in good condition it should match in quite well. Even going to a Renault dealer can't guarantee a perfect match. MOdern paints and techniques are a lot better than they were a few years ago, it wasn't that long ago that a minor scratch on metallic paint meant a complete respray of that panel. Now companies can repair just the scratched area invisibly.
