Re: rx4 seized calliper?

If the caliper is the same and it's in fair condition, then yes you can swap calipers.
You could also swap discs and pads if the same sort and good condition.
Would swap both sides if doing that.

If you watch a few brake videos you'll see that you need a few tools and the means to support the car.

No idea of your skill level or tools.

I'd remove the caliper fron the donor car first.

First things to do-

Check that the bleed nipple and flexi hose will undo using VERY good fitting socket/spanner.

You'll need a flexi hose clamp to save loosing lots of brake fluid.

To write a full brake change along with all possible pitfalls you might encounter would take too long.

Just watch a few videos on caliper changes and brake bleeding and you'll have a good idea what's needed.

If you use the footbrake to bleed the brakes, don't push more than half way down on the pedal.
Sometimes, master cylinders can fail if you do.
Make sure you have some fresh fluid to hand and don't let the level go too low before topping up.
Don't get brake fluid on your paintwork.

New pads and discs.....whatever the motor factor gives me generally.
