Hi Paul, I do not think it will be a fuse, Have to start at basics first, Are you sure the replacement battery is a good one, recheck the connections on to the battery , If you have the original battery connectors for a 19 they can cause problems, double check any wires in the area you have been working in, Can you turn on the headlights , are they as bright as normal, what happens to the headlights if you try and start engine ? We need to know if anything electrical is working , i.e. clock , interior light ect . Hope this helps
