IDE Compression test

I have had the compression test done and number three piston is 25psi down, but the garage that did the test has suggested i leave it because although the tick over is slightly lumpy it is producing the 138.5 bhp that it should do and the emissions are good.
I have run the car on 'V' power petrol for a while and the car didn't like it at all, it had difficulty starting and would stop for no apparent reason, when it was running ok i pushed the car hard to see if it made a difference
I have now gone back to using normal unleaded and the tick over is better than ever , I don't know whether using the 'V' power petrol cleared the engine out a bit but Iam going to try it again to see if improves anymore.
