Reliability of 1.9dci

On the subject of reliability my Scenic 1.9Dci has clocked up 147,000mls it's a 2001 Y plate with full Renault service history, it has original turbo , clutch, alternator and starter and all is fine still going like a train. The car doesn't have an easy life either as I regularly use it to pull a desent sized caravan.
I've just had to clean the EGR valve which was completely blocked but it's an easy job to do took me about an hour.
I hope it stays as reliable for many more miles.

Does anyone have information about changing the Fuel filter, I need to know how to bleed the system when the new filter is fitted. (the filter is the sealed type not the cannister type with the replaceable element).
