Hey Madnoel!

As the motor is ok, in theory, the old aerial is just suppose to unscrew, then by turning the radio on it comes out and the last bit should be released. Then the new aerial is fed in and the radio turned off to retract it. But I cannot unscrew the base/collar of the old aerial, there doesnt appear to be any 'thread' it just keeps turning. I have seen a few questions like this before but no one has every answered it.
