The brake disc retaining screws are only there to stop the disc from moving when the wheel is removed. One screw is sufficient. In fact after a few thousand miles there will be a build of rust between the disc and hub which will probably be tighter than any screw. A simope self tapper is sufficient as the wheel actually helps hold it in place.
