Just thought I'd let you know that after much gnashing of teeth and tentative braking it would appear that the Clio brakes much better once the pads are warm. I don't know if this is just the way they are, or just mine, but at least I'm more confident with them now. I reckon the pads need looking at still, so thinking about getting some green EBC pads as a direct replacement. Less dust too
These conclusions came about after Camden sent their 'top man' to my office for a test drive.
Camden were very helpful once I'd jumped up and down a bit, but I'm still not convinced about them. If this is a 'feature' of the RS Clio then they should know about it and be able to inform their customers better. If it is a fault, then the same should apply.
