Re: Renault Laguna I - Phase 2 - Electronics - ABS Warning Light
I just fixed mine.
It turned out to be the connector on one of the sensors. It had me fooled for a while. I tested from the connector to the sensor, mine are semiconductor types, and all were OK. So I tested back to the ABS computer, and all OK again. But the light was still on.
I removed the plug from the ABS computer and tested towards the sensors, and the fault showed up, open circuit on one sensor. The plug looks fine, clean and secure. But with a tweak of the pins the fault cleared.
The light goes out after a run, not immediately.
The pin out for the ABS computer plug is on the forum somewhere, I got it from here.
