Oval Bores what does this mean

Hi, Long story short, I have a laguna IDE sport hatch 02, having spent a fortune on it it has been diagnosed with Oval Bores. I was told by dealer it could blow at any time.. can anyone explain to me what Oval bores actually mean and if it it as bad as that considering I have just had loads of work done...
Engine stripped cleaned, De-coked in cylinders, new valve guides, new head gasket, new cam belt, new fuel sensors, head skimmed, basicly all cylinders and injectors cleaned as well.

Apparently it is a type F5R problem and Renault dealers won’t say how long I have before the car blows it could be tomorrow or it could be in 2 years. Ps Renault Uk wont help towards the cost of repaire not 1p as it is 4 months over 5 years old and 1k over 72k miles.,
Currently in Summit's garage:
Laguna 2.0 ide sport hatch
