has an accident whereas they can only exit through the rear doors... THEY CANNOT GET OUT and EVEN FROM THE OUTSIDE YOU CANNOT OPEN THE DOORS!!! This is to me a safety issue, one which renault need to address!!
Just re-read this ... Yes cliodiesel I agree with the sentiment, but I'd suggest that if the door locks have failed and you are aware of the fact and you continue to use the car then the onus of responsibility is on you for knowlingly using a car with faulty doors and not Renault.
The car should be repaired before anyone is exposed to any type of risk ... as the driver YOU are the person responsible and should make any judgement call as you see fit .... personally if it was my kids/wife etc they would not be using the car until it was repaired.
Why is it the older I get .... the better I think I was ?
