I'm not sure why you're looking for a deep discharge battery. These have especially robust plates to minimise the unavoidable damage that's done when you deep cycle a lead acid battery, but the trade-off is that they're generally of lower capacity and have lower maximum current outputs than a conventional starting battery of similar weight and size.

A better bet would be a conventional starting battery, with the priority on cranking amps and then overall capacity. If that can't keep up with the stereo, then an alternator upgrade is probably the best way forward.
