Hi a couple of questions

Hi, I hope this is the correct section for this, as I don't think it fits elsewear.

My car is going in for it's mot tomorrow, (Monday 11th June '15). Last year it failed on a ball joint and a rear wheel bearing both on the passenger side, now I suspect that, the passenger side wheel bearing is going to cause the car to fail the mot. I suspect this due to the passenger bearing is noisier than the drivers side.

Now I'd like to know how long the warranty usually is on a wheel bearing and if that includes fitting and whether or not the sale of goods act can be of any help.

One more piece of information I can't remember if there was a warranty on the work or it's duration.

Although I'm probably fretting over nothing.
