Hi all.
I know this topic has been dealt with on numerous occasions but I'm having a real mare getting my heater control panel out. Standard lag 2, 3 button on a 1.9 dci.
Stopped blowing on 3&4 now ac compressor not kicking in when asked. So before I regas and or check the compressor I really need the blower working on all 4.
Problem is I just can't get it out? Taken off card reader, undone 2 screws, can get radio out, but I just can't rotate the panel from the driver seat to undo cables etc.
Does this need to be done from the back with my old bones creaking from laying in the footwell?
Got a replacement panel all ready and waiting.

Thanks in advance
Phil.

Hi
well after removing all the radio cabling from behind the heater panel it was almost a doddle, you must ensure the audio cables are kept out of the way in order to manoeuvre the heater panel around so you can disconnect all the plugs and Bowden cables. I didn't do this first time round.
Many thanks for your help, forums and member knowledge is invaluable.

I have started another thread on the air con pressure sensor as that's my next job prior to regassing ***128521;
