Hi all I am new and have a small problem.
Well I did it I managed to find a Megan Scenic 1998 at a great price.
My family and I are enjoying the car, its great.
I noticed that the Immobiliser has had a bypass fitted at a cost of £150. Not a major problem however the batteries have failed in the key fob.
I have fitted new ones and the small red LED works.
With a bypass fitted do I still need to reset the keyfob or will my central locking not work with a bypass fitted.
Any advise would be great and I think the site is full of great info.
