The sooner they incorporate the cost of road tax into the price of fuel the fairer and easier the system would become. Look at the money that would be saved by not employing thousands of civil servants and letting the mega-rich oil companies do the tax collecting for the government.

Was parked on my own property which is not on the highway at all, it was not driven un-taxed,plus it was just a few hours past midnight, and as it was not driven broke no laws !!!, unlike some people who never tax, mot or insure thier cars
