Hi yes it does have a plug iam sure but where iam unsure try the search facility that might help,any good independent garage will be a able to do it but sometimes Renault would be better its up to you i do not think it will help to be honest,it would be a short some where i would be starting at the starter ,battery and earth leads are you sure there is not something staying on like the boot light i hope this helps Donald
