The sensors are probably just blanking plates - I've heard of late model L2 phase 1's appearing to have the sensors, but not actually having the handsfree system. It looks like they must have started producing the doors with the cut-outs before the phase 2 came into production.

Maybe that explains why you appear to have the sensors but they don't seem to do anything. I'm not sure how you've ended up with the 3 button card though. That's a bit of a mystery.

Our experience here is mostly of the UK spec cars though, so what I'm saying may not apply to one that was bought in Turkey. It might be best to get a local dealer to confirm one way or another whether your car is supposed to have the handsfree system.
