Hi there Gaz, and welcome.

I would believe for the most integrated look, it would be necessary to replace the black trim panels with ones which would hold the lights (you may even be able to obtain the trim with the lights already installed, from online salvage yards).

It would then just involve wiring them up - if you want them to operate via the stalk - that would need replacing (there's a thread on that if you care to search). The alternative is to get an auto-electrician to fit a switch on an appropriate place on the dash.

Its not difficult/impossible, but you might want to cost it all out beforehand.
