Tue: Parts available, cant fix as warranty company want to send an assessor. Dealers loan car to go back. Me no car.

Wed: Assessor gives the ok I now only have to pay 59 towards the labour costs (pheww). Car will be ready Thursday.

Thu: Parts no longer available in uk will have to order from France. Will take 2 weeks Renault UK will supply a loan car when Renault authorise payment later today. LAte afternoon, telephone call from dealer, Renault UK have found the parts required, car will be ready Friday.

Fri: Today, no phone call as yet, I still have no car and I will update again later.

Thanks VEL SATISfied for the compliment, i was ignoring Hugh's comment

So you are saying renault are paying for a new one, but you have to pay labour of 59 and they'll provide you with a hire car in the meantime??
