Hi Dianne, the alarm/central locking interface is a multipin bridge plug that is situated in the passenger footwell under the bonnet release, behind the carpet ... check and see if this is wet or corroded ... disconnect the battery and then unplug the multipin ... I'm sure its pale blue in colour ... give it a spray with WD40 or similar then reconnect and put the battery back on ... see if it helps as the plug may have got wet during the valet and a short as Deano says may be causing the problem ... no guarntees though.
Hope it helps
Why is it the older I get .... the better I think I was ?
