Going from memory:
Total mileage
Trip miles elapsed "(milepost)...(car)"
Trip average speed (mph UK / km/h Europe)
Trip average fuel economy (mpg for UK or L/100Km for Europe)
Estimated distance until refuel "(car)...(petrol pump)"
Distance until next service "(spanner)"

Also (if the stalk button is pressed shortly after start-up) engine oil level, where
"OOOOOO" = max mark on dipstick
"OOO---" = half way
"------" = min mark on dipstick
" Oil " (shows at start-up even if you don't press the button) = below minimum: Top up immediately.

I may have missed some, and I'm not certain of the order. Note - there are two separate trip memories, which can be reset independently, though one only gives an elapsed mileage, while the other gives elapsed miles, average speed and economy.
