The ABS rings can be replaced so it looks like the garage don't have the knowledge to do the job. That in itself would suggest you advice or help elsewhere. As it is they seem to be guessing and prepared to spend your money unnecessarily.

Ideally you need to get the ABS (reluctor) ring checked out plus you'll need to count the number of teeth on it before buying a replacement. The rings are relatively cheap and labour time should be around one hour.

The stabiliser bar is known as the lower engine mount or commonly called the dog-bone mount (due to it shape) is quite a common problem and labour time should be no more than 30 minutes.

Before going any further I suggest you get both apsects checked out before spending money on parts.

There are numerous websites with good reputations for such parts such a Eurocarparts or GSF.
