Yes it will cost its a service item and brakes are wear and tare..drums will have to come off and that will cost you..garage you bought it from might not do it for you because its a wear and tare item..good luck with it tho come back and let us know how you get on..some thing you might want to try at home..jack up one rear wheel..make sure it safe..then spin the wheel hard..if its correctly adjusted the wheel should spin around roughly one revolution ..on a wheel that needs adjusting the wheel will continue to spin..and spin and spin and spin..
