Temp fix for egr valve failure

Hi - if your egr valve has failed, either electrically or because the valve plate(s) has become loose, then a temp fix is to disconnect the electrics - and refit the egr unit rotated 180 deg (you will only be able to get 2 of the 3 retaining studs in). Leave the electrics disconnected. This effectively blocks the gas re-circulation duct and your engine should run then normally, with no noticeable drop in performance.
