Rear Brake Caliper Seal Replacement

Evening all.

Noticed that the rear drivers brake caliper is leaking fluid whilst replacing the exhaust silencer rubber mount. Checked the caliper nothing from bleed nipple or from brake lines so only thing is piston seals that I can think of. Is there a replacement kit available from motor factors/dealers etc etc? And is it something straight forward to do for a home D.I.Yer mechanic or something best left for a professional mechanic to do?
Seen kits available on Ebay and also refurbished calipers is it cheaper to replace the whole unit or the internal seals/piston?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated as usual.

Thanks David
