It should have been so easy but they just don't seem to fit the contours right and have a big gap at the unsupported edge.

I've tried to get trim tape (in black to match the flaps) but it isn't strong enough to hold the edge down.

I'm tempted to either try and take them back to the part department or post them on ebay .

Maybe I should have used blu-tack!
Hi Ian77,

Is it the front or rear mudflaps you are having problems fitting ?

If it is the rear ones you will have a plastic sleeve supplied with them this sleeve can be very difficult to line up, My advice would be to fit the flaps minus the sleeve them mark the sleeve against the fitted flaps and cut to size then remove the top screw and fit the sleeve.
