Seems strange to have done it to two seperate hubs..did you try using a different wheel bolt? It's not the bolt that's stripped is it?
Yes, i am using it correctly, it is a clicker style torque wrench, and i dont think it could be that far off to actually strip the threads.(Also it didnt feel like i was applying that much torque) The first time it happened, i am pretty sure it was the brake hub thread that were stripped, however, the second time, i didnt bother checking it, i just left it on.
