hi if you look at the pump conector does it look melted also look at the pump its self these are common for burning out! if they are ok get someone to sit in the car with the ignition on! if you look at the multiblock conector you will see 2 thick wires and you should see 2 sometimes 3 thin wires chec 2 see if you have any votage at 1 of the thin wires if you have use a paper clip and bridge the 2 thin wires together the gauge should go up! if it doesent you need to replace the pump lock nut and seal! make sure you have a very low amount of fuel in the tank as to much will cause the tank to distort in shape and you wont get the nut back on! it is not an easy job!
