its not a bad job! pull the steering colomn forward and down towards you as far as possible you will need to undo the 2 torx 20 screws which go from underneath the steering cowling lower section into the top section! when undone the top section is then lose it is still attached to the inst panel binical by a piece of trim dont try to detach this! just to the right there is a piece of trim on the dash approx 4 inches long pop that off! with a smallish flt screwdriver or plasic trim tool! place the tool between the binical and the dash! just gently work your way around pushing gently downwards towards the floor this will release the binical from its clips then just lift up the top part of the cowling with the cloth attached and feed it past the steering wheel! the panel is now hold in with a torx 20 screw at the bottom remove it lift the inst panel up from the bottom it will be hinged at the top once you have lifted it up a bit a quick tug and itll be free! turn it over and you will see 2 plugs 1 will be a big grey one the other will be thin either red or green! un clip and pull they can be tight so be carefull! then see what happens when the ignition is turned back on! good luck!
