Radio cassette - CD Changer Problems

Hi there, I recently purchased a cd changer with compatible head unit from the internet, in the hope that i could fit it into my Scenic. The connections from the car to the Head unit were incorrect and so i bought a new radio cassette ( the one with the 10 pin iso connector). This one fits the car but unfortunately the lead i have from the CD changer to the radio has an 8 pin mini-iso connection, and hence will not plug in. Can anyone advise me as to whether or not i can get a cable to run between the CD changer and the car radio, or if i there is a list of the pin outs for the interconnecting cable?

Just to recap.....

CD Changer connector is a 10 pin iso with 1 pin missing

Car Head Unit is also a 10 pin iso with 1 pin missing (missing pins in differeent locations)

Please See picture
Please Help Me!!!!!!!
